We manufacture our polyurethane foam products using a moulding method.

This technology enables us to produce mouldings of variable hardness and shape, ergonomically perfect and, above all, allowing for a precise upholstering fit. This method of production guarantees perfect reproduction of shapes and high-quality product; the process is waste-free, hence environmentally-friendly.

Implementation

Our products are the work of highly-qualified team of engineers working at individual CAD-CAM stations. Models and forms for the production of mouldings are prepared by the Department of Form Construction, whose equipment includes a 3-axle CNC - MAHO DECKEL DMC 100 V.

Production

Polyurethane Division

  • The Polyurethanes Department has four Elastogran high-pressure and one low-pressure appliance. The production line is fully automated with a computer-controlled moulding process. Our monthly output averages about 80 tons of polyurethane products, 65% of which is destined for the motor industry.

Metals Division

  • The Metals Department produces frames for car seats and other chairs as well as reinforcements for integral foam products.
